I'm interested in hearing how you feel about your dental insurance company. I deal with them on a daily basis and OH! the stories I could tell. Such as: Anesthetic is not a covered benefit because it's considered elective. Really?

How about this one: We deducted benefits from one patient because another patient with the same insurance plan owes us money. Yep! Just dealt with that one.
